My sister Sam wrote me this tonight and I wanted to share it with ya’ll.

Pats, just had to tell you. Tonight I read Keegs the monster in the closet book that you gave him…we havent read it in a long time so it was like new to him again. He was so scared, just hiding under the blanket. And yet, still telling me to turn the pages. He laughed soooo hard when it turned out to be Grover!!! Then i had to read it 2 more times and he was just laughing right through it:)

I miss my nephew Keygs so much. He’s just the sweetest little boy! I can’t wait to see him at Easter and hug him and see how much he’s grown in the time I’ve been away. Hearing this sweet little story reminded me that I promised Sam that I’d take Keygs to Disneyland for his 7th birthday like I did with Mikey, and I’ve only got 2 and a half years to go! Of course I’ll take Mikey back with us too! (And Sam you too!) I had such an amazing trip with him the first time, and I’d love to get the chance to take him back.

In order to this however, I need to get a full time job, or two to three more part time jobs to maintain 40 hours a week, but while having some flexibility so I can still work on Miles Off Track (that update is coming on Wednesday with ALLLLL of the details. Promise Promise!) as well as Bob & Andrew and whatever other projects might come up where I can help out those who’ve helped me so much.

On that note, I had a really amazing weekend on set for Bob&Andrew season 2, and I’ve got tons of pictures and stories to share with you tomorrow.  I was so happy to spend the weekend with such an welcoming group of people and I don’t remember the last time I laughed so much! Thanks guys, can’t wait to see what the next shoots have to bring!

Getting the opportunity to bring these two things together is more than I could ever hope for. Getting to make my dreams of making unforgettable memories with my family, and being able to do so by working with amazing people on projects that make me laugh and learn so much.  I’m really lucky.

But. If I can do it, you can too, so get out there and do what you love! ♥
